Toyota has added athletic styling to its hybrid sedan with the launch of the Camry Sprint Edition in India. With matte black highlights on the bonnet, roof, and boot, this variant has a dual-tone appearance and is priced at Rs 48.50 lakh (ex-showroom). In addition, a sports kit with front and rear body improvements and a rear spoiler are included, along with matte black alloys.

Additionally, it comes with a dealer-level sports kit accessory package that adds certain exterior accents. Sporty-looking extensions are added to the front and back bumpers, and the boot lid has a modest spoiler. The 18-inch alloy wheels are also blacked out.
The exterior of the Toyota Camry Sprint Edition comes in five different colors: Emotional Red, Platinum White Pearl, Cement Grey, Precious Metal, and Dark Blue Metallic. The bonnet, roof, and trunk are all matte black.
Additionally, puddle lamps and interior ambient lighting are added to the Camry Sprint Edition; they are dealer-level additions. Additional features from the standard car have been retained, including a head-up display, a 3-zone climate control system, a wireless charger, heated and ventilated front seats, a 12.3-inch infotainment and digital driver’s display, and a 9-speaker JBL sound system.
The engine of the Toyota Camry Sprint Edition
The 2.5-liter four-cylinder Atkinson cycle petrol engine that powers the Sprint Edition remains unchanged underneath. This engine alone generates 187 horsepower and 221 Nm; when paired with the electric motor, the system output rises to 230 horsepower. Similar to other hybrid vehicles in the manufacturer’s lineup, an eCVT unit handles gearbox functions.
The Camry is one of the most fuel-efficient vehicles available in India, with a stated fuel efficiency of 25.4 kpl. According to Toyota, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in 7.2 seconds.
